Question about seats at soldier field

hey all! My wife surprised me by getting tickets to the Vikings game at soldier field. I’m super pumped. However I’m not sure what seats to get. I have several options. If someone could give me some insight into which ones are the best/ most bang for my buck, I’d really appreciate it!

Section 250 row 22 - $599
Section 445 row 34- $454
Section 332 row 6- $629

If anyone else has any recommendations I’d appreciate that as well! Excited for this season. Bear down.
