Does anyone know of a way to get a traditional landline service (which doesn't require power to work) in Calgary?

I'm moving to Calgary in a month or so, just wondering if anyone knows where I can get traditional landline plans? I'm struggling to find somewhere that isn't fibre, and as the building is from 1969 I think I'd be able to get copper, and I'd prefer that as it doesn't require power.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
