Best way to remove small cherry angiomas / tiny birthmark on face?

I’m a guy in my mid-30s and have two really small dots on the side of my face that I’d like to get removed. One looks is a cherry angioma, and the other is basically a tiny pinprick-sized birthmark that’s been there for years.

Has anyone had something similar removed from their face? Is this best done through a dermatologist, local medspa or something else?
