55 [M4F] #Nashville — divorced, educated, successful older man looking for a fun, attractive, intelligent younger woman for LTR

M4F

I’m looking for a fun, attractive, intelligent younger woman who desires a long-term traditional relationship with a divorced, educated, successful, older man — eventually leading to marriage.

I tend to be a giver in relationships. I’m hoping to find another giver for that ideal giver/giver dynamic. Two people that actually care about how the other person is doing. I’ve had enough of energy draining narcissists and takers.

I have a very nice house in a beautiful subdivision just south of Nashville. I have a good, well-paying job in the automotive industry, and I earn enough ($120K) that you will never need to work. So, you’ll live a life of relative ease and comfort as a wife and homemaker.

I enjoy being a provider & protector, so you’ll be adored and well cared for by a very attentive, affectionate husband. But I also expect you to make me your top priority, to cook and clean, and to take care of me and the house. In your free time, as long as the housework is getting done, you’re welcome to pursue your hobbies or interests — gym, arts/crafts, baking, volunteering, whatever you’d like to do.

I will take care of everything else.

My dream is to have a beautiful trophy wife who greets me after work wearing a little dress and a big smile. Who looks amazing on my arm when we go out, and who loves cuddles and snuggles when we stay in.

I prefer blonde or brunette hair, blue or green eyes, and that you be reasonably fit and in shape.

I have a degree in Philosophy and a fairly contemplative nature in general. My most recent obsession is YouTube videos about theoretical physics. (I finally understand at 55 why the C in E=mc^2 isn’t really about the speed of light at all … it’s fascinating.) My daughter says I’m “eccentric”; she and I discuss books, movies, art, poetry, etc often.

I’ve worked for the same company for 26 years, and I have a good amount of money saved for retirement. I figure I have about 6-10 more years to work, then I’d like to retire in the country or maybe the mountains of east Tennessee. Somewhere quiet and quaint with good fishing and decent hiking trails. Maybe have a garden and some chickens. I’d love to find someone like-minded to join me in that simpler life.

About me: Divorced, educated (BA Philosophy), dad bod (6’/235), good job, nice house, slightly introverted, optimistic outlook, positive attitude, great sense of humor. Three kids (all adults), three cats (forever babies). No smoking, drinking, drugs, or drama. Like the outdoors, fishing, hiking, waterfalls; also like movies, music, absurd comedy, day trips, roadside diners, antique/thrift shops.

Pics on profile.

This is a sincere post, written 100% by me and not AI (I actually got perm banned by another sub because they said I used AI). If you’d like to discuss it, I’d love to chat with you and answer any questions you might have. Please include your age, location, and a little bit about yourself.
