OIT and Dupixent interaction - anyone?

Has anyone experienced increased food allergy reactions after starting Dupixent for eczema? My son had anaphylactic reactions to his OIT maintenance dose after beginning Dupixent. All severe reactions occurred 4-6 days after the Dupixent injection. He was in maintenance for dairy OIT and tolerating a significant amount. We had to stop the OIT. Both the doctor and everything I’ve read suggest that Dupixent should improve overall desensitization, so we are quite confused.
