How long does it usually take for a revised ITR-2 with online gaming income to get processed?

Hi everyone,

I filed my original ITR-1 for AY 2026-27 on 23 June 2026.

Later, I realized that I had online gaming winnings, so I filed a revised ITR-2 under Section 139(5) on 28 July 2026. The gaming winnings were reported under the applicable section, and the TDS deducted on the winnings is also reflected in the return.

My revised return is showing as e-verified, but it hasn't been processed yet.

For people who have filed a similar revised ITR-2, especially where there is online gaming income/TDS and a refund, how long did it take for the return to get processed?

How many days/weeks did you wait?

How long did it take to receive the refund after processing?

Does filing a revised return generally take longer than the original ITR?

Just trying to understand the usual processing timeline. Thanks!
