How long do you intend to use Reta

I've lost 30 lbs, I'm no longer prediabetic and my BP is now near normal. I've been on Reta for 18 months, and I am wondering if anyone has been on it for the full 4 years it's been around, and if you have, what is your plan , do you intend to keep using it indefinitely ? . I'm nervous about coming off it because anecdotally the food noise and the weight reportedly come back, but I'm just as nervous staying on the grey market product indefinitely with all the attendant risks
