[Android] [2019?] Can't find this game anymore
Platform(s): Mobile android
Genre: Best I can describe it is blacksmith. The camera would move to different areas to where you need to do different tasks.
Estimated year of release: Late 2010s to early 2020s
Graphics/art style: 3d, a somewhat cliche appstore game style but not overly saturated
Notable characters: No exact characters, except randomized NPCs
Notable gameplay mechanics: You'd be supplied with geodes and a hammer to start, breaking them open and when 3 are fully revealed you melt them down, then pour them into a sword mold of your choice. Lots of options were unlocked by purchasing with in-game money. Then you would straighten the sword out with a hammer.
Other details: It's your typical play store game, but I really liked it. It was simple and not blinding you with colors that look like someone put it in photoshop and dialed saturation to the max. I remember you'd start out with several geodes, but I don't remember how many. I do remember you could only pick 3 gems out of all of them. I would always use the hammer on them slightly to reveal their color but not pick them yet, then pick the prettiest ones lol. They'd get melted down, then poured into a sword mold that you could change. I don't remember if you could change the blade, the hilt and the handle separately or if there was just full different sword molds, but either way you had to use in game money to buy them. I don't remember there being in app purchases, if there was it wasn't in your face advertisement which I liked. After the sword is cooled and taken out of the mold, you'd use a hammer to work out all its kinks. Then, I think you had the option to immediately sell the sword or put it on your sword rack to give to costumers that approach you in the main starting screen. I think there was a part after making your sword where you could test it by slashing a braided bamboo cylinder (?) Not sure about it being bamboo exactly, but still. You'd cut something up with it. There was also a section where you could see what gems you have and haven't discovered yet, ones you haven't found before being grayed out. The ones you had already discovered had different rarities, the usual common, uncommon, rare, ultra rare, legendary. Give or take.
I tried finding it recently because it was rather enjoyable, but when I searched the keywords I had used before I couldn't find it. I'm pretty sure it had "Forge" or variants of that word in the name. I'm unaware if it was on other devices like IOS, because I was young and had only been playing it on android.
Okay, I hope I didn't screw that template up, I'm new here T^T I just hope I can find it because I liked it lots
