Razer Naga Hex replacement

I have rocked the Naga Hex 1 and then 2, 1-7 on the thumb side in a circle, for over 10 years now. It is a staple of my gaming life and it is finally dying after being used to the 1-6 version and 1-7 after for years. I can't seem to find an easy replacement like I did when the OG hex died. I am ideally looking for one close to the hex in general with the circular buttons around the thumb, but if i cannot, what do you folks recommend for something with easy side buttons (I don't play mmo, mainly fps, rpg, and occasionally mobas) and decent customization software?

I know I dont need to have a big setup with these games but I really want to keep that easy access to a hotbar with my thumb, it's burned into my brain.

Thanks in advance.
