23, Homeschooled and no idea what to do

Hey, so I'm desperately looking for a way out of the entry level service industry as I've been stuck doing that since I was 16, but I don't know what to do or where to go from where I'm at.

I was homeschooled since before I even started 1st grade though my parents never really taught me anything that you would learn in school, I know how to read, write, and do basic math but that's about it. I Have a high school diploma that my parents self issued to me when we lived in Nevada.

Now I live in Georgia and I don't know if I need to start from the absolute beginning if I wanted to get a college degree, plus I'm really hesitant to pick a degree to pursue because I don't know what I'd want to do or what's even worth getting.
