ASUS TUF F16 Refusing to boot

I recently received a 2025 TUF F16 from a friend in the Navy, who gave up on the laptop after he couldn’t get it out of the ASUS boot screen.

I’m not too familiar with computers, but this is what I’ve tried so far:

Tried to enter BIOS, and was not successful.

Checked internal components, all of which seemed seated correctly and intact.

Tried to boot Windows 11 through a USB. Admittedly, this didn’t work, but I’m not sure if I did it correctly and plan to take a second look tomorrow.

Anyone have any suggestions, or know what the problem may be? I’ve kinda hit a dead end.
