Have symptoms that point to hyperthyroidism, but doc thinks blood work is normal?

Question

19F, lost over 10 lbs in two weeks out of no where with severe dehydration (drinking more water than normal), fatigue, very dry blurry red eyes, 120-160 hr, and elevated bp. I've always had a large nodule under my jaw that my primary thought was just benign, but now I think it may be something else: There are many more symptoms but those feel the most important.

CBC: normal
CMP: normal, besides 8 BUN (low)
FERRATIN: 36.8 (Low end)
Hemoglobin A1C: 4.6 (Low)
CORTISOL (PM): 14.2 (High)
C-reactive PROTEIN: .07
Thyroid Peroxidase AB: <4.5
TSH: 1.242
T3 FREE: 3.24
T4 FREE: 1.55 (High)

There were a few more tests done, but those seemed the most important. Also note the low/high as I found the lab I went through has very different low/high values than online references.
