I call RCM help centre after 4 weeks of my zoom piano exam, they said they haven't received the grade from the examiner?

Hi guys, I am Naomi, and I took my RCM piano level 7 exam about a month ago, so I called the RCM help centre to see what stage the exam is, and they told me they haven't received it from the examiner? Is it considered normal or is it an error?
