Marketing Service to Assist me In Marketing My Product?

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, so forgive me if not, but - I've made a little product and R&Dd it. It's a swell little thing and I've manufactured it and am ready to start selling. However - I'm pretty terrible with marketing, social media, promotion, all that stuff; Is there an organization that specializes in this type of thing - Guiding new businesses etc.?

If I have someone to give me a gameplan and the directions, I wouldn't mind paying. I just need template - clear directions and expectations....
