Last winter

Didnt know where else to put this but need to get it off my chest last winter so around 6-8 months ago me and my mates had this bright idea to go to the park/woods and we would go at around 6pm till 10pm and nothing ever happened other then some dodgy noises in the bushes but other then that it was fine but one day our big group split into 2 because we were sat in the park but could see light in the woods so half the group including me went to check it out and we got there and there was a group of people standing in a circle with somebody sitting in the middle and i we all saw one had a very distinct bright blue jacket and then one of my mates shouted to them and they turned there torches off so we got scared and ran back to the park and after like 20 min nothing happened so we thought we were fine until one of our mates (not naming names) said they could see someone walking and this park has a 3-4 foot fence guarding it with 2 gates and we all see the person and we think nothing of it until he starts shouting random stuff so we all left the park creeped out and i noticed he was in that bright blue jacket and i pointed it out and my mates took no notice but then the guy started chasing us so we all started running and so did he but there is a shortcut that takes us out into a car park so we leave through there and then we would go back after that and always creepy stuff happens i went with my mates till 10 2 days ago and someone kept whistling and rustling in bushes and we would hear footsteps but then when we would turn our torches on nobody would be there
