Why is the audio not synced with my show?

Hi guys. Currently I am watching “Nero: The Assassin” and I noticed that the audio does not sync up with the actors mouths and it is incredibly annoying. I realized the show was originally filmed in French so I switch to the original audio and still notice there is some kind of AI or “deepfake” syncing going on with their mouths.

I just got a new tv recently, so I am wondering if it has something to do with that? It is a TLC QM64L. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
