Hiring a performance marketer with past Experience

We’re looking for an exp. Performance Marketer to run and scale paid campaigns across Hospitals, Sports, Colleges/Education, and other campaigns.

We’d like to see your past work, specifically:

• Previous projects/clients you’ve worked with

• Growth delivered: leads, conversions, revenue, registrations, etc.

• CAC/CPA achieved, along with the industry/product

• Approx. ad budgets managed

• ROAS or other key performance metrics

• Case studies, dashboards, or screenshots, if available

We’re looking for someone focused on real business outcomes, not just clicks and impressions.
