Best Fighting Game?

Hey guys, I’m not well versed when it comes to fighting games, I’ve played mix and mk11 but never really got good at them. I want to try something new and was wondering what the most fun/best fighting game currently to play online on ps5? Tekken 8? SF6? Let me know please 🙏
