Experience in early big law recruiting for regionals ?

Hello, 1L here. I’ve heard that the big law recruiting timeline has moved up super early. For those who attend strongish regionals with big law GPA cutoffs around median, how is recruiting if there are no grades to distinguish yourself, especially when you’re competing with t14s? Also if you fall below median or out of the cutoff range at the end of 1L, is your offer rescinded ?
