SECURE PHONE CALL FROM THE PENTAGON TO A LAB AT GROOM LAKE TESTING GROUNDS IN NEVADA

"Yes, General, the Project Firebrand is proceeding better than expected. Phase one is complete, and phase two is on track. The weapon has been test-fired twice, with both considered a success. The subject is holding up better than expected. Its healing ability is remarkable. I believe it's well worth the price we paid.

As stated in this morning's briefing, to achieve our goal, we must sexually stimulate it while preventing any sexual release. Upon achieving a controlled climax, the sexual energy of this subject converts to extreme high temperature plasma, which we have weaponized.

In phase one, we were confronted with the problem that we could not create the desired sexual stimulation it required without the subject's power stone in direct contact with its skin. The problem was that when the stone was in contact with the subject's skin, the subject became invulnerable. It also shows super strength and stamina, making containment an issue.

We attempted many chemicals for sedation and used paralytic agents, but we were unable to subdue the subject while compromised by any of these.

We were finally successful using an aphrodisiac and a psychotropic compound in combination with an AI/VR headset. The subject was shown AI-created videos of it and its partner (her bio is in the literature you have), detailing various perilous situations and death traps, all involving bondage and torture. This, along with extreme physical pain and extreme sexual stimulation, finally yielded the desired results.

The original stimulator that was used was found to not have the power necessary for our needs, so we were forced to move to an advanced industrial subsonic stimulator. This device was originally used to bore holes through solid rock; it would be deadly if aimed at a normal human. This, along with a probe placed against the suspect's anus, delivering a 50,000-volt electrical charge, finally yielded positive results.

The suspect was fitted with an orgasm denial collar, allowing the sexual energy to build to its critical mass, so to speak; then, upon allowing the subject to climax, the contained sexual energy morphed into a plasma wave that passed through our weapon, converting the discharge into a plasma ball approximately 10 ft in diameter, traveling approximately 10 times the speed of sound 15 miles down range. Everything within the plasma ball as it traveled downrange was vaporized.

Our hopes in phase 3 are to be able to increase the size of the plasma weapon to approximately 20 feet in diameter and increase the distance beyond 25 miles. Yes, Sir, I will keep you updated with any changes." CALL ENDS
