First time flying SW (08/27)

In the past, I’ve primarily flown with JetBlue and Frontier. I know some people have mixed feelings about the “new Southwest” based on the different posts I’ve seen here, but I have to say, my flight from SJU to MCO was great.

I was on a Boeing 737 MAX 8, and the Wi-Fi was decent (not Starlink yet, but still pretty good). The aircraft was clean, had the new overhead bins, and the boarding process was fast. I was lucky enough to be in Boarding Group 3, which probably helped. The seats were also comfortable.

My family is loyal to JetBlue, but I actually liked Southwest more, especially with the new rules for people who like to use their phones with the volume on or take their shoes off.

Overall, it was a really good experience, and I’d definitely fly Southwest again.

Also, a big thank you to the crew! They were really organized.
