Account suspended twice. No Email letting me know. Two appeals and no response yet

I got my accound suspended like three days ago? The thing is, no email was sent to me to let me know so I don't even know what the problem was. I've sent two appeals so far, leaving a 48-hour gap because it wouldn't let me send the second one through the queue.

I still haven't had any response from anyone! not even a rejection.
