e-transfer claim not found

I sent an e-transfer with the account number added and the money was deposited to Neobanc . Got an email to claim the transfer with reference number but it never worked. Reached to support no luck. Pls help if anyone had this situation before. Also tried e-transfer ref number from the bank.
