Been five days since last update.

About two weeks ago, I had something shipped to me from Canada by a friend. For five days now and counting, the last update has been “Item has been released by Customs USA.”

Is there anything further I can do to see where my package is? I already lost one package that I got from the UK, I really don’t want another lost in transit.
