Yakuza kiwami keeps crashing my ps5

I’m tryna beat every game again till stranger than heaven but for some reason my ps5 struggles to process a ps4 game😭 it’s ONLY kiwami, it’s mostly on specific parts too. The Nishiki fight is what I’m stuck on rn when all those flashbacks play my ps5 shuts down, when I was talking to kazuki to start the final act and strangely enough the judo fucker with the big chin. I kept trying to do his substory but then he just like, disappeared. Like I can’t access him anymore
