Final Draft 13 Wonky as Heck. Any Help Would be Appreciated.

Is Final Draft 13 on Windows just a wonky program or is it just me?

I "upgraded" to 13 fairly recently.

At first, it wouldn't let me save anything. But, I believe...I hope, that issue is now resolved.

But today I experienced 2 completely new levels of wonkiness.

When I'm working on a Text Document and hit "ENTER" in the middle of text, it duplicates several of the lines below it; then when I scroll down it suddenly goes back to normal. But, when I hit ENTER at the end of a document it works normally.

Next, when working on Index Cards in the Summary view, my summaries come out in 4 different types of text: sometimes very small in light blue, sometimes bigger in grey, sometimes all caps in grey and sometimes it come out all caps in blue; all the scenes were created in the same way. I can't seem to find any rhyme nor reason why it seemingly randomly does this.

Has anyone experienced any of these issues with the program?
