Saying yes to psych questions?

Has anyone said yes to the pre eval psychiatric questions when they go to a VA Facility? You know the ones about “Do you want to hurt yourself or others”? “Any thoughts of dying,etc”?

I feel like most people lie, but for anyone that said yes what would happen out of curiosity?
