PSA Vault Question

Hi all,

I am contemplating how best to sell my near-complete 1985 Football set (366 of 396 cards graded). The vault seems by far the best way to sell these as I cringe at the thought of all the work needed to list these individually.

Am I correct in seeing the rate is 13% (and the $3 fee for cards under $100)? Are there no additional fees and all I need to do is ship these to PSA and they handle everything?
