normal or infant seizure?

Hello, I am not sure if I am looking into things too much and just making myself anxious but I came across a post about infant seizures and I feel like my baby does some of these things. Staring, followed by sticking her tongue out which I thought was her being hungry. Also followed by kicking her legs and getting fussy after.
