Baby Brezza - too much formula

We started using the Brezza at 4.5 months old combo feeding, eventually moving to all formula 6 months.

For the first 1.5 months I thought I had it on the correct setting for Enfamil Neuropro (yellow can). She was spitting up even more than usual (she spits up a ton, always had) so I double checked and it was on setting 4. I swear I looked it up to confirm and saw the Enfamil was setting 5, so I frantically changed it, feeling horrible I had been diluting bottles for weeks.

Fast forward to today, our baby girl is jumping percentiles. She went from 60s at 4 months, to 79 at 6 months, to now in the high 90s weighing 20.7 lbs at 7.5 months. She’s always been an eater and loves her solids, but still the jumps were confusing me.

I checked the settings and it’s on 5, as I had intended, but looked it up again today to find it’s supposed to be 4.

I’m horrified. I don’t know if it was postpartum brain or sleep deprivation or what, but I could have sworn I had looked up setting 5. Now she has been getting over concentrated formula for 2 months.

Can she level out since I adjusted? She seems happy. Doesn’t really seem constipated often, but is a very but girl right now.

I obviously messaged her pediatrician, but would love reassurance that she will be okay and her weight will level off.
