PRONTO card

Hi! So back when I was a first year my pronto app never worked so I got a physical card of it. Now I want it on my phone, but I know you can't have an account on the phone and card at the same time. Is there a way to transfer my account from the physical card to the phone? Has anyone experienced a similar thing as me, any advice would help. I was going to call them tomorrow anyway but wanted to see :)
