Undervloting CPU

Hello , my cpu is ryzen 7 7445HS and the temp when I got it until a month ago was 75-78 but now it easily starts from 81 and can hit 85 , I was thinking about undervolting my cpu I don't know if it is safe or would it help me reduce my cpu temp without losing to much performance.
