Anyone remove their breast implants and then get implants again years later?

Has anyone here had breast implants, removed them completely, lived without implants for a few years, and then decided to get implants again?

I previously had implants and eventually had them removed. It’s been a few years, and lately I’ve been considering getting implants again.

I’d really love to hear from women who have actually gone through this because most of what I find is about explanting not about deciding to re-augment later.

If you did this:
• How many years were you without implants before getting them again?
• Why did you originally remove them, and what made you decide to get them back?
• Did you go smaller the second time?
• Did you need another breast lift?
• Were your new implants placed under or over the muscle?
• Did your surgeon use an internal bra or do anything differently because you’d previously had implants?
• Was the surgery/recovery different the second time?
• Did the skin and breast tissue accommodate the implants normally after being without them?
• Are you happier with them this time around?
• Any complications or things you wish you’d known?

I’d especially love to hear from anyone who had implants, went through pregnancy/breastfeeding or other breast changes, explanted, and then eventually decided they missed having implants.

I’m not looking for huge implants — I’m more interested in restoring upper-pole fullness and having a nice shape again.
Would you do it again? And if you’re comfortable sharing before/after photos, I’d really appreciate seeing them!
