How did y'all start socially transitioning?

I have more or less come out to a few people who are close to me, but I remain masc presenting and have yet to start any kind of transition process.

I don't know if it's a silly question, but how did you guys do it? I understand you just have to start, and go for it - but what are some of the steps you guys started taking at first?
