Possible eviction

Hey I’m 21 (F)from Location: Memphis Tennessee. I would like to add this is the first apartment ive had on my own. Im dealing with a property manager who moves on their time. In April I was hit with a lease violationfor my two dogs (one which she failed to place on my lease although i put it on my application and did not notify me), we came to an agreement (mostly verbal) April 30th i emailed her asking her to post the charges which the over the phone she told me she would have done by the weekend. My email gets no response. Through the past 4-5 months I have heard nothing from her nor has she added the fees. Fast forward Friday Aug 28, she emails me a notice telling me to pay the violation fee and get rid of the dogs by Aug 31 (tomorrow). She called once and I was out and not near my phone and it was too late for me to call once I had my phone again. Called afternoon Saturday to no answer so I responded to her email. Still have not received any type of communication back. This is the same management that cancelled all my maintenance requests and especially the one to have glass put on my storm door (which is a safety hazard). What can I do to combat this if anything….? I cannot afford to lose my apartment atm i had my mom and two younger siblings move in because they were homeless.
