How would a Red Dead Redemption 3 outside of the United States or Mexico work?

I mean aslong as it is old as in 1800 to 1900ish I feel like maybe a redemption arc say in England, Columbia, Africa or the Amazon Rainforest type concept would be cool obviously it would have to be explored upon alot further than the given examples but does anyone else think this would be a cool change if not what do you think could be done inside the US that would be able to be a different NEW game and still be really cool?
