Kitten takes me as furniture

Behavioral

Our 3-month old kitten loves running towards whatever distraction she hears. Sometimes I am in the way and she would run right across my body or limbs. It's usually harmless other than some light scratches from her claws. But I personally don't like it so I yelp or hiss every time. The kitten, however, is completely focused on something else and doesn't register my reaction.

Is there a way to tell her I don't like it? Or should I just wait till she has more awareness of the surroundings and hope she grows out of it?

It doesn't happen to my roommate because the kitten's favourite distraction...is my roommate.
