Can I use my sick time for a declined time off request?

So, i requested Halloween weekend off 3x months ago back in March and my manager declined every request. When I asked why she told me no one will be receiving Halloween off and that any time off requests she will decline because “Halloween is a big deal here”. Ok. Well today one of my coworkers were approved the weekend off and I’m sure other people requested the dates and were granted time off. It’s literally not fair because I’m aware I was the first person to send the request and she’s approving others?
So , if she schedules me for Novemeber 1st and I use my sick time can she I guess reprimand me because she knows I asked for the dates off multiple times? I have sick time available to be used.
