[Routine Help] Micro needling question

Can someone please explain if they have noticed a difference when MN with a med spa (overseen by a doctor) vs the type some estheticians offer who are not overseen by a doctor? If you e tried both have you noticed a difference? One esthetician I had a facial with tried explaining it really wasn’t that different. I’ve had it done at a med spa and really noticed a difference in my under eye bags and would like to do it again but somewhere different. They took before and after with totally different lighting soI have no idea if it did anything for fine lines but I can definitely tell my bags are back after 9 months
