Harrisville 4-Shaft Questions

I just got an old 4-shaft, 4-treadle Harrisville T4 36" loom that needs some love and have a few questions for the hive mind!

1. Does anyone have pictures of the bottom row of pulleys?

2. Can anyone give me measurements for the harness cables? Mine are entirely gone unfortunately

3. The reed is steel and wasn't taken care of, so it has some surface rust. Does anyone have a good way to clean that off so that it doesn't snag the warp? or does anyone have a 36" 12 dent reed that they really want to get rid of?
