Overstayed after SEVIS termination and planning on leaving the country

My SEVIS was terminated back in March but I overstayed and is now booking a flight back to my home country. Due to my location, I need to have a domestic layover before flying back home. Will I run into any trouble at the airport as I am "self-deporting"?
