How should I redose throughout the night?

First time❤️ triple stack Pokémon🐲🌈
1-day festival, 2pm - 6am

I would like to split in half, first drop around 4pm and then re-drop at 2am. But idk if it works like that? Should I just pick 1 time? How far can I space it out?
