Anvil 10.5 gal foundry not heating

Hey everyone, running into a frustrating issue with my Anvil Foundry and looking to see if anyone has experienced this or knows what's up.
The lady I got this from said it was in storage for years and was showing a e3/e4 error occasionally but still heating, just required a reset.

I. The digital screen turns on, the internal cooling fan spins up(I think).
Tthe water temperature on the display isn't rising at all. It's completely static and I verified it wasn’t heating with another thermometer.
Here is everything I've tried so far:
Verified the target temp is well above the actual water temp.
Checked and pushed the circuit breaker switch on the side of the unit.
Checked the thermal reset pin underneath the base.
Swapped to a completely different wall outlet directly (no extension cords).
Switched the display units between Fahrenheit and Celsius to check for controller responsiveness.

Has anyone had this happen? Is my heating element dead or is there an internal fuse/relay I missed?
I’ve just sent messages to anvil.
