Anyone else getting lowballed for 2027 1sts because you have too many?

Basically, I’ve been rebuilding and now have 8 1sts in 2027, with 3 of them belonging to the bottom 3 teams in the league. I want to compete for a playoff spot this year and desperately need an RB2 (MarShawn Lloyd).
I put it out there that I’m looking to trade for an RB2, but multiple leaguemates told me not to trade for my picks because next year I’ll have to drop guys just to make room for all those 1sts.
Anyone else in a similar situation? And would you start moving some of the picks now, or just hold?
