Returning player could use some help

Okay so I played during year 1. Stopped since then. Came back picked a warframe I liked now I’m trying to get the good mods it needs. The next mods I want are either power drift or the augur ones. Which I know need quests to even start getting those. I have 4 active quests and no idea which leads me to the mods I want. I have:

Phobos junction
The duviri paradox
The teacher
Heart of Deimos

Which do I do or which quests should I go find?
