My Google account got hacked and i've lost all access.

I fell for a scam, and now my Google account is not accessable, they have changed my password and authorized E-mail, so any chance of normal account recovery doesn't work. I've tried contacting Youtube Support on Twitter, they responded but now i don't get any response back from them since they just pointed me towards the regular account recovery.

Please help.
