Looking for ST1906 case with screw down hardware

Hello all, as the title says, I'm in search of a chronograph case with screw down hardware, however I'm looking for something similar to the sugess S438 case, as I like the case look and shape, but the most readily available aftermarket cases like from Alpha Europe, have tachymeter bezels and screw down hardware but I'm looking for a smooth bezel or something similar to the S438. For those who are not aware, the sugess S438 dial has a built in tachymeter, which I think would look odd paired with the tachymeter bezels of their Daytona line of cases, so I reached out to Alpha Europe looking to custom order a case, unfortunately they don't do one off cases which I completely understand, but was worth a shot anyways.

If anyone has any sort of knowledge that could help me out here, it would be greatly appreciated.
