How to have Premier subscriptions

Hello Community,
I am looking for ways on how i can get my organisation a premier subscription for creating tickets so that my support tickets can land directly to Microsoft people (basically my organisation is done with third party organisations handling the tickets; we dont want it no more). Can anyone please help me with this?
