Does anyone know the origin of the “Triggered” horror sting sound effect used in SCP:CB when the player looks at SCP-096’s face?

I’ve been looking for this specific sound effect for a while now and haven’t been able to find a complete version of it, only have been able to piece together fragmented audio samples of it that I’ve pieced together. Does anyone know the origin of this?
