commonapp family section forever unfinished

in my parent 2 common app section, i have refilled out the information several times because every time i save it, it says that it is incomplete. despite this, every part is filled out.

i have tried many things and am not really sure where to go from here.

wondering if anyone else has had similar issues or knows how to fix it?
